Mumford and Wood were established in 1954 to produce high quality joinery products, with particular expertise in sliding sash windows, using the best quality timber, traditional craftsmanship and with an emphasis on attention to detail. We are now the UKs leading premium brand for bespoke timber sash windows, offering a full range of traditional wooden spring and box sash windows, as well as Casement Windows and French doors. Sash windows were originally found in Georgian and Victorian houses; however a traditional timber sliding sash window makes a beautiful addition to almost any house. Our ConservationTM window ranges offer period sliding Box and Spring sash window styles to meet varied specifications, together with French Doorsets and Casement Windows to compliment and complete the range. The Contemporary range offers tilt-turn windows, casements and folding and sliding doors.
