Renderplas was established in 1990 to design and manufacture the first UK produced PVCu plasterers beads and is now the leading brand.

The 35 PVCu profiles are produced in Europe's largest extruding plant to ISO 9000 and 9001 standards. 100% recycled high impact modified exterior grade PVCu is used to make white beads with up to 96% recycled PVCu in the coloured beads. The profiles are primarily designed to provide a low cost solution to eliminate rust and staining prevalent with metal beads comprising corner beads, angle, stop, bellcast and movement joint beads for external rendering and internal plastering and drylining.

Approximately 30% of the company's sales are exported to the Continent and Middle East.

	Bellcast Beads	At or above DPC level and window heads to allow rainwater to drip clear of the underlying substrate.
	Corner Beads	On all plastered or rendered corners and reveals to ensure a straight arris and to offer protection against impact.
	Drylining Beads	For skim plastering and protection of edges for tape and joint
	Movement Joints	Must be specified where there is structual movement joint under the render. May be used as a day joint or to define different coloured rendered panels. Should be used in cases of a change to the background substrate.
	Stop Beads	Door and window surrounds to prevent cracking.
