Wernick have completed a new headquarters in Celotex, using Celotex's own insulation products in the roof.
As one of Wernick's suppliers, Celotex were already familiar with modular methods of building, and when they relocated their offices from London to Hadleigh, Wernick was the natural choice.
Digby Harper, marketing director for Celotex said: "Speed of construction was our main reason for choosing the modular build option. We had to vacate our old building before the lease expired and were working to an extremely tight timetable. We were not confident that the traditional method would be able to meet our deadline.
"Wernick also provided us with the complete design and build package, from guiding us through the planning process through to advising on fixtures and fittings. This was exactly what we were looking for, with all the responsibility under one roof."
