OCS Technical Services has acquired Independent Building Solutions Limited (IBS), a greatly respected, integrated engineering and building management services company.
IBS provides environmental control and management as well as electrical and mechanical engineering installations and was purchased by OCS, from administrative receivers, PricewaterhouseCoopers. The company, with an annual turnover of approximately £7.5 million and 75 employees will now operate as part of OCS Technical Services.
