Premdor, one of the UKs largest joinery manufacturers has developed a fast fit interior doorkit which simplifies the installation process of interior doors in new build.
Dorpak is supplied with quality Masonite six panel textured doors, and complimented with glazed single leaf and pair options. The system can be supplied in the nominal standard door sizes with a carpet gap of 15mm. To allow for site dimensional variation, a flexible stop is incorporated in the design.
The doors are machined and prepared for hinges, and are manufactured either left or right hand hinged as required. Linings, stops and door are factory prepared, supplied in component form and ready to install.
When ordered to the 30 minute Fireshield specification, Dorpak is third party certified through the BWF Certifire scheme with the system incorporating an intumescent strip. Standard ironmongery is available as required.
Dorpak can reduce the installation time of interior doors on site as well as improving the finished quality.
