Yanmar has awarded its 2005 Outstanding Dealership Award to Selwood and the company’s Operations Director, Jon Sendell was recently presented with the award by Yanmar Managing Director Robert Brown at Selwood’s 11 acre head office site in Chandler’s Ford.
The special award was given to Selwood in appreciation for its exceptional contributions made to the growth of Yanmar Construction Equipment in the UK.
On receiving the award Jon Sendell said. “ I was particularly proud to accept this award on behalf of Selwood. We have built up a very good relationship with Yanmar in the three years we have had the dealership and we are so confident in the equipment that the majority of our own hire fleet also comprises of Yanmar excavators. Yanmar is now firmly established in the area and I am pleased that we have made Yanmar the leading mini excavator in Hampshire and Dorset.”
