Grand Regency Heights, one of the most prestigious residential addresses in Ascot, features PVC-U windows and French doors throughout fabricated in the REHAU system.
Grand Regency Heights has been built by specialist house builder Kingsoak Thames Valley and is a development of two and three bedroomed apartments built in a crescent around formal gardens complete with fountains and rills.
It is situated alongside the famous Ascot race course and has quickly become something of a landmark in the town.
Kingsoak Thames Valley specified REHAU commercial fabricators Birchdale Glass to supply 250 vertically sliding PVC-U windows and 100 French doors for the project. The vertically sliding windows, fabricated in REHAU’s S719 Heritage system, replicate the shape and style of timber box sashes and are very much in keeping with the traditional styling of the development.
Birchdale has already completed several high profile projects for Kingsoak in recent months and is building a considerable reputation for quality and efficiency.
