The consumers are more and more tending towards the Mediterranean style ambience for their flats and houses. Dural has already responded to this trend: The profile manufacturer from Germany has lanced a new stairnosing profile with wood under the name of „Durastep Wood“ which can be integrated in Mediterranean ambiences in an excellent way.
Not only in Germany but also throughout the south European countries the stairnosing profiles with wood are increasingly demanded. The new profile Dural Durastep Wood is provided with an edge of non-treated (European) oak which on demand can be subsequently painted or impregnated according to demand. It can be chosen between two different cut profiles „Provence“ and „Toscana“ available with a length of 1 metre and 2.5 metres. The wooden element is combined with the proven Durosol aluminium profile which again is provided with an extended contact side.
Durastep Wood is another version thus complementing the successful range of stairnosing profiles of Dural. Until now there was the choice of metal versions or composite material of aluminium or plastic.
