Hodgson & Hodgson Chosen for Harrow School's New Recording Studio | 26 Jul 2006 |
Hodgson & Hodgson's TufSound acoustic wall and ceiling panels have been installed into a new recording studio at Harrow School.
The studio is a major feature of a recently constructed annexe to the school's music department.
The exterior of the newly completed building has been designed in sympathy with the traditional appearance of the school. However, inside the building, the demand for high acoustic performance has required the use of modern materials and equipment thereby creating a contrasting futuristic -looking environment.
Hodgson & Hodgson's involvement in this prestigious project was supported by recommendations from other schools and colleges that had previously used the company's services as noise control engineers to excellent effect. In fact, wide experience over many years has led to the company becoming acknowledged as one of the UK's leading acoustics specialists for schools and music rooms.
