The profile and matting specialist Dural has expanded its extensive CONSTRUCT skirting strip range to include three new variants in high quality aluminium and stainless steel.
Quality flooring, whether ceramic, carpet, wood or laminate, would be half as attractive without a well-formed skirting finish. With its new skirting strips, Dural has met the demand of architects and interior designers by producing skirting in aluminium and stainless steel.
With its different decorative surfaces, the Dural skirting profile allows individual design and gives the room a special note. The surfaces available are smooth or brushed aluminium in the colours silver, gold and champagne, and stainless steel.
A second skirting strip variant with the name "Elegant" is attached to mounting clips, also made of aluminium. The mounting clips are first fastened to the wall and the skirting profile is then simply clipped on. An advantage here is the possibility of laying concealed cable, e.g. for telephone or computer cables. For easy cleaning or cable replacement, the profile can be removed as often as required. Skirting strip "Elegant" is available with a brushed aluminium surface in the colours silver, gold and champagne.
The heights of the new aluminium skirting profile are 60, 70, 80 and 100 mm, according to design. Matching inner and outer corner pieces are also available for both designs.
