To add to its already extensive range of damp-proofing, tanking and sump products, Delta Membrane Systems has introduced a new high performance damp proof course and cavity tray package.
Completely pitch and bitumen free, these products are designed to suit all applications, using the most recent advances in polymer technology.
Whether as a dpc at ground level, or for use as a fully designed cavity tray system, this range is designed to withstand heavy loadings, and is fully compatible with all materials it is likely to come into contact with during the course of construction.
It is flexible at low temperatures, resistant to ageing and shrinkage, and can withstand high superimposed loads.
It also satisfies all the requirements laid down by current British Standards.
Black, brown, and white colour options are available, to blend with facing brickwork or stonework.
As well as being available in a variety of roll widths, the dpc also forms an integral part of a complete cavity tray system when used in conjunction with pre-formed units.
These are available as a range of standards including corners, stop-ends and change of level units.
Various factory-welded performed units are available, for use where there are projecting columns within cavities, brickwork supports, arches and openings, ramp access, expansion joints, intermediate fire barriers, roof details and copings.
To further emphasise the flexibility of the range, Delta Membranes is able to supply any profile to suit awkward junctions such as arch units, column details or top hats for pipe penetrations through brickwork or concrete.
A full range of dpc accessories is available – including butyl jointing tapes, fixing strips and a joint support system to simplify installation.
