Selectaglaze Unveils New Interactive Stand At London’s Building Centre |
Royal Warrant Holder, Selectaglaze Ltd has unveiled the company’s new permanent display at The Building Centre (Store Street, London WC1).
Established since 1966, Selectaglaze is the UK’s leading designer, manufacturer and installer of secondary glazing systems.
The Building Centre display features a selection of actual working units including Horizontal and Vertical Sliding systems and a Hinged Casement, together with a photo gallery featuring a wide selection of installations and applications.
However, a major new development is the inclusion of an interactive display of “The Selectaglaze Secondary Glazing Story”. Divided into five “chapters” the display includes “A brief background”, “Acoustic Insulation”, “Thermal Insulation”, “Security Applications” and “Available Styles”. Visitors to the stand can select which chapter they wish to view by operating a simple left/right scrolling device. The “Security Applications” chapter is particularly impressive featuring video clips of the certification and testing process, including units under physical attack and a sustaining bomb blast.
