Five New Decent Homes Schemes Choose Pendock | 2 May 2008 | Pendock Profiles have been chosen on five new, massive, social housing projects.
These new projects are adding to an ever increasing list of tenant focused landlords and caring contractors who are using Pendock Profiles preformed pipe boxing to improve their tenants homes.
Vulnerable tenants, whether young or old are benefiting from their landlords choosing to cover dangerously hot pipes.
But not content just to protect their tenants an increasing number are also making sure these covers look beautiful too.
The days of providing the type of finish shown below are numbered as contractors themselves demand an ever improved level of finish.
Pendock pipe boxing is a win, win, win as it actually costs far less to provide a Pendock finish than a site made scrap heap.
Not only is Pendock pipe trunking cheaper to install but unlike alternatives it never needs painting just wipe down and it looks like new.
Managing Director Paul Hetherington commented
"This is fantastic news, tenant focused landlords and caring contractors have combined to increase our UK profile production by at least 2 kilometres a month.
These customers new Decent Homes contracts are spread from the very North of the UK to the far South West and a number of locations in between. It is encouraging to know how widespread people are who care about their tenants homes."
