Plastics Drainage System

PlastiDrain®

PlastiDrain is a PVC-U gravity system designed for foul and surface water applications in housing, industrial, commercial and highway drainage. It is based on 110mm and 160mm diameter pipes and manufactured to BS EN 1601.

SewerDrain

SewerDrain is a PVC-U gravity system, supplied in diameters from 200mm to 630mm and manufactured to BS 3506.

SuperSleve

SuperSleve Clay Drainage Products

Hepworth SuperSleve clay pipes and fittings with push-fit polypropylene flexible couplings are supplied in 100, 150 and 225mm diameter. (200, 250 and 300mm diameter pipes are also available for export only). Hepworth SuperSleve HouseDrain clay pipe systems are supplied in 100mm diameter. Hepworth SuperSleve HouseDrain is a multi-material range developed specifically for around-the-house drainage. It combines the inherent strength and durability of clay with flexible couplings. All Hepworth SuperSleve systems are manufactured to BS EN 295:1991.

SuperSeal

The Hepworth SuperSeal®; system utilises a unique manufacturing process to produce pipes that are stronger, lighter, straighter and rounder. The pipes, which have factory fitted polypropylene sockets, are available in 150, 225 and 300mm diameters. The socket and plain end system speeds and eases the cutting and jointing of pipes. SuperSeal is manufactured in accordance with all relevant sections of BS EN 295:1991.

 

 

HepSleve®

HepSleve® 300mm diameter pipes are for industrial developments, roads, motorways and sewers. The pipes have factory fitted polypropylene couplings. The benefits of a plain ended pipe system are maintained as pipes can readily be cut and re-jointed, giving complete installation flexibility.

HepSeal®

HepSeal systems have push-fit integral joints and are designed for foul and surface water sewers. They are available in diameters from 400mm to 600mm and are manufactured to BS EN 295:1991.

HepLine®

HepLine perforated pipes, with push-fit integral polyethylene sleeve joints, are designed for subsoil drainage of roads, motorways, playing fields, sports grounds and general land drainage. They are available in diameters from 100mm to 600mm and manufactured to BS EN 295: Part 5.

HepDuct®

HepDuct underground cable conduit systems are for communication and power lines, cable television and associated applications. They are supplied in diameters from 90mm to 300mm and manufactured to BS 65:1991.

HepSure® Flexible Couplings

The HepSure® Flexible Couplings range of repair/adaptor couplings, simplify secondary connections and provide compatibility with other pipe systems.
