is the leading professional flexible push-fit plumbing pipe system
for hot and cold water services and central heating applications.
The availability of flexible pipes in long lengths allows pipe to
be 'cabled' around a property and concealed within the building
elements. It also reduces the number of joints needed. 'Straight
Coiled Pipe Technology' enables pipe to be delivered in coils, but
remain straight when removed from the coil, easing installation.
Special 'SmartPacks' also help in handling the product and enable
the right amount to be cut off for each task, leaving the remainder
protected within the packaging.

design to offer lower jointing force, aiding smooth pipe insertion,

Underfloor Pipe
The
water services range is complemented by Hep2O®
underfloor heating pipe systems suitable for a broad range of
domestic, commercial and industrial applications. These systems
are manufactured in straight-coiled polybutylene and have an integral
oxygen barrier, fully protected between the inner and outer surface
of the pipe. The pipe offers markedly greater flexibility than many
alternatives.

Waste & Rainwater Systems
Hepworth
offers a comprehensive range of soil, waste and rainwater systems
to meet all above ground drainage requirements.
The
HepSoil
and HepWaste,
soil and waste systems are available in push-fit and solvent weld
options. Heparin rainwater systems include Half-round, Square, Ogee and High Capacity
ranges. They benefit from the 'Clickfit' design which enables gutter
to be simply and securely clicked into position, significantly easing
installation. All systems are manufactured in PVC-U to BS 4576 and
incorporate synthetic rubber seals for maximum joint security.

Waste and HepFlex®
Soil.
The
HepvO®
hygienic self-sealing waste valve prevents foul air from sewers
entering a home through plumbing appliances. It is more efficient
than traditional water seal traps or 'U' bends and eliminates the
associated constraints on installation. The valve utilises a purpose-designed
membrane set in a slim, white polypropylene tube. The membrane is
opened when water passes through it but, once the flow ceases, it
closes to create an airtight seal.
HepFlex®
Waste provides an efficient means of connecting to appliances
and existing waste pipes in difficult situations. The flexible pipe
range allows connection to push-fit or solvent-weld systems with
either factory assembled fixed lengths or made-to-measure lengths
cut from coils and assembled on site.
HepFlex®
Soil flexible pan connectors provide the perfect solution when
connecting two fixed points within a soil system. Where the length
of the WC connection is non-standard, HepFlex®
Soil can be extended to the required length. The socket, with
its integral internal seal, provides a flexible self-sealing system
that allows for up to 14° deflection for direct connection between
new horizontal pans and existing 104° pipework. |
