PVC-U Window & Door Systems


REHAU designs and manufactures a range of technically advanced PVC-U window, door,  curtain walling, and conservatory systems which are suitable for both new-build and refurbishment projects.

REHAU profiles are multi-chambered and use a quality compound RAU PVC-1406 which is cadmium free. There are a number of systems available which incorporate top, bottom, and side hung and French casements, tilt / turn, vertically sliding, fully reversible windows horizontal pivots, entrance doors, sliding patio doors, French and multi-folding doors.

Standard colours available in most systems are white, mahogany, golden oak, rosewood woodgrain laminate one side on white profile, and mahogany, golden oak and rosewood laminate both sides on coloured profile. Other woodgrain and coloured laminate finishes are available to order and profiles can be coated with REHAU's Acryl II Colour Coating System in 150 RAL colours.

The main UK systems have been tested in accordance with and meet the highest requirements of BS 7412 and are kitemarked to BS EN12608 (Licence No. 13358), which incorporates BS EN ISO 9001. They have also been approved by the BBA. The S706 70mm and REHAU-Tritec 60mm systems have been type tested to BS7950 and PAS23/24 security standards and are also approved by the London Housing Consortium and by Birmingham City Laboratories.

REHAU systems are manufactured into finished windows and doors and installed by a network of independent fabricators, many of whom also hold BSI or BBA accreditation. The services of our Technical Applications and CAD departments are available for any design or technical requirements.
