Product Information

Firco provide a comprehensive interior contracting service including fitting out, refurbishment, alterations and upgrading. Interiors include commercial offices, reception areas, wash room facilities, laboratories, clean and sterile rooms and specialist production areas. Most construction trades are covered including demolitions, builders works, partitions, ceilings, joinery, decorations, floor finishes and window treatment.

Electrical, mechanical and other services can be arranged together with specific requirements to suit individual interiors, all necessary to provide a complete interior ready for occupation.

Interior Joinery

Firco offer a comprehensive service in the manufacture and installation of most types of interior joinery. The service covers all new work, joinery required to match existing, joinery alterations and repairs.

Manufactured products include: Elite Relocatable Hardwood Partitioning, partition joinery sections and components, knock down partition door and glazing frames, all available on a supply only basis.

Specialist work includes radiator casings, reception counters, built-in office furniture, laboratory fittings and plastic fabrication.

Joinery is manufactured in our own workshops, fitted out with appropriate machinery and manned by experienced tradesmen. Stocks of popular materials are maintained, an efficient production control system in operation, all to provide a competitive service to suit individual requirements.

Partitions

Firco supply and install most types of partitions from relocatable systems to traditional constructions. Systems include aluminium framed, metal stud and plasterboard, steel and specialist hardwood. Systems combine good looks, flexibility in design and elevational appearance with the varying requirements of fire resistance, sound insulation and services capability. The service covers all new work, alterations and system refurbishment.

Suspended Ceilings

Firco supply and install most types of ceilings, either suspended or traditional.

Systems include lay-in grid, concealed grid, direct applied and specialist designer timber. Makes include Armstrong, British Gypsum, Burgess, Celotex, Donn, Ecophon, Formwood, Hunter Douglas, Rockfon and Treetex.

The service covers all new work, alterations and system refurbishment. Systems can be integrated to incorporate fire and acoustic barriers, grills, light fittings and other service items in association with service contractors.
