The Loft Hatch meets all
building regulations for insulated and fire rated loft hatches and complies
with Building Regulation Document L1 & L2 2002.
Designed for domestic loft space access and to fit between 600mm
centre trusses, the drop down door is a superb aesthetic
alternative to the usual timber or plastic solution and will
accommodate standard loft ladders.
The panel comes finished
in a polyester powder coated white textured finish which can be
overpainted to match the surrounding ceiling if required.
The door tray is supported along its short length by two
removable pivot plates and locked by a concealed key operated
budget lock. The panel is fully draughtstripped and
insulated.
