Composition, manufacture All ladders and mechanisms are
manufactured from aluminium alloy to BS 1470: Specification for
wrought aluminium and aluminium alloys for general engineering
purposes: plate, sheet and strip.
Trap doors are finished flush with ceiling and are of
blockboard or may be glazed. Divided trap doors, where
required for the passage of bulky items, have the flap at side or
front.
Stair treads are ribbed and non-slip.
Dimensions Ladders may
be from 230 mm to 560 mm wide and up to a ceiling height of 5 m.
Stair tread is from 50 mm to 150 mm depth.
Appearance All ladders
are in natural aluminium finish.

specifically for intensive use in Industrial and commercial
buildings.

visit free of charge within 60 miles of the company's office.
A complete installation service is offered within 60 miles of the
company's works or beyond by special arrangement. Cutting of
new opening or extension of original may be undertaken.
