Lareine Engineering Ltd

The company was founded in 1973 and it is located at a 12,000 sq. ft factory in Armadale, Central Scotland.  Lareine Engineering is the sole manufacturer of Rooflights in Scotland.

Over the last 30 years our company has grown on the strength of our attention to details for all our valued customers (large or small).

We achieved our ISO 9001 accreditation in 1998.

We design, manufacture and supply rooflights under the trade name of "Solus".

The "Solus" Range consists of:-

• Modular Rooflights (standard or non standard sizes) glazed in Polycarbonate.
• Barrel Vaulted Rooflights (to your own dimensions) glazed in Polycarbonate.
• Covered Walkways glazed in either Polycarbonate or Glass.
• Roof Glazing in Glass

Polycarbonate Domes or Pyramids are moulded in house, as are the Aluminium or Steel Fabrication of all our products.

All "Solus" polycarbonate structures have been tested to ACR (M) 001:2000 Test for Fragility of Roofing Assemblies.

Delivery of standard products is normally 7-10 days.

Our experienced workforce also fit our "Solus" Rooflights in all areas of the UK.

"Solus" being the Gaelic word for Light.
