Hepworths
range of water treatment systems includes septic tanks, mini-sewage
treatment plants and oil/petrol separators. All are designed to
combine simple installation with long-term performance.
Septic
tanks are produced in one-piece corrosion resistant polyethylene,
have a wide base for stability and incorporate lifting eyes. To
accompany the tanks, the Hepworth range includes effluent disposal
soakaway systems and sampling chambers.
'HepBio'
Sequential Batch Reactor Mini Sewage Treatment Plants utilise an
activated sludge aeration process and have programmable logic controllers
to offer outstanding effluent quality without the need for add-on
equipment. HepBio SBR operates on a storage and batch cycle which
ensures full treatment of all effluent, even under peak flow conditions.
The
HepBio CAP plant utilises a primary settlement chamber for initial
settlement of solids. Liquid is transferred to the main chamber,
where it is continuously aerated by a fine bubble diffuser, this
encourages the second stage of treatment. Before discharging the
treated effluent flows through a calming pipe which allows further
settlement.
The
separator range includes full retention single chamber products,
by-pass separators, Class 1 and Class 2 separators. They are available
with a selection of inlet/outlet sizes for direct connection to
clay and plastics pipe systems.
