The
roots of modern flexible push-fit plumbing systems can be traced
back some 25 years, to the time when Hepworth introduced its first
flexible range. At that time, copper was the undisputed market leader
for domestic and commercial plumbing pipe installations.
Early
systems were positioned primarily as problem solving products, with
their greatest success being in niche markets. However, the potential
of these systems and the benefits both to installers and end users
were apparent. Hepworth launched the Hep2O® system,
