This brochure is designed as a useful guide for all those involved in the design and provision of new build Hospital and Health Centre building projects. Wernick Buildings has over 65 years experience in the manufacture and construction of modular buildings, and are rightly proud of their reputation for outstanding quality, value for money and high levels of customer service. Wernick Buildings have been specified by Health Authorities and other Health Practices throughout the UK and used for a variety of applications from Doctor's Surgeries and Healthcare Centres, Dental Surgeries, Dialysis Units, Wards and Pathology laboratories to Administration and on-site Nurse accommodation and complete Hospitals. Wernick are used to working closely with all those concerned with Healthcare building projects including NHS Trust Managers, architects and planners who can confidently draw on our design and manufacturing expertise. All our buildings are based on the proven steel frame Rapidplan™ 3000 modular system. The units are manufactured under strict quality controlled conditions to ISO 9001. Rapidplan™ 3000 steel frame units are used to form buildings of any size and can be stacked to form buildings up to three storeys high. A variety of external finishes are offered and they can be internally finished and equipped to meet specialist Health Technical Memorandum requirements. Buildings comply with all current building and fire safety regulations.
