Testing

Berry Systems posts and barriers have been subjected to independent, third party physical impact tests to BS 6399 Pt 1 1996.

Existing barrier compliance testing can also be arranged for clients to
ensure that the latest standards are met.  Pull-out tests for anchor bolts can be used to assess the suitability of existing concrete decks.

Installation

Berry Systems directly employs their own installation teams.  The importance of compliance with Health and Safety requirements is fully recognised and the company supports the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS).  This does not relieve employers of their duties under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1992 and other relevant statutory provisions.  Berry Systems also works in conjunction with the Aims Safety Group who are employed as independent Health and Safety advisors to regularly monitor site operations.

Site support is given by a Senior Site Operations Manager in conjunction with a resident site supervisor to monitor quality to the satisfaction of the main contractor, client and architect or engineer.

Deliveries to site are made on the company's own fleet of lorries with HIAB offload where required.
