SpacePac

Factory finished relocatable office and living accommodation available almost instantly.

Flat pack accommodation units where 3 or 4 units can be transported in one load. When the units have been erected, they can be moved without the need to dismantle. Spacepac units are ideal for contracts on the move like road building. The simplicity of the units makes them quick to assemble and they come complete with all electrics and plumbing. Specialist trades are not required on site which make Spacepac ideal for remote locations.

Typical Specification

Floors
Hot rolled steel edge beams with timber joists and WBP grade plywood deck. Floor covering is vinyl sheet with welded joints. Carpet tiles also available.

Walls
Each wall is one section made up of 1.2m panels with an external finish of plastic colour coated steel, solid core insulation and internal finish of decorative plywood.

Roof
Flat roof supported by timber joists with WBP grade plywood deck. Roof finish is a high performance vinyl sheet fully bonded to the roof deck.

Partitions
Timber frame panels lined with decorated plywood incorporating mineral wool type sound deadening core.

Windows
Aluminium, 1m x1m single glazed mill finished horizontal sliders with insect mesh.

Structural protection
Each unit is treated to suit local conditions.

Laundries, Infirmary Wards and First Aid Units are also available. NB. Air Conditioning Units are not included.

M & E Work
The electrical installation is pre-wired in our factory within the roof space for completion by semi-skilled labour on site.

The plumbing is supplied ready made-up kit form for installation by semi-skilled labour.

Site Work
A crane is required on site to unload units and lift the roof into position. No specialist tools are required and erection can be completed by semi-skilled labour.

Delivery
Spacepac units are delivered in stacks of 3 to 4 units per load with additional crates where plumbing is required.
