Premdor, one of the UKs largest joinery manufacturers is actively developing a constructive and credible environmental strategy. One important step within this programme is the implementation of the environmental management standard BS EN ISO14001 at key operational locations including the companies flagship Barnsley facility.

Timber materials used in manufacturing various Premdor products increasingly meet the requirements of recognised third party environmental accreditation schemes including FSC, PEFC and MTC. Premdor suppliers are encouraged to meet these recognised standards.
Products that include material which meet these environmental standards include the Moulded Panel Door range, Somerset Oak doors, Country Pine, Hardwood French and Hardwood Patio door ranges.
