Visitors to the stand will be able to ascend a stairway in order to view, in detail, the new FinnRoof system. This is a complete timber roof cassette solution, pre-fabricated and fully insulated off-site. The overriding benefit is speed of installation and cost efficiency. This is a system suitable for use with both timber frame and masonry structures comprising of a vapour barrier, FinnJoist, insulation, sheathing board (OSB) and breather membrane.

FinnRoof ultimately provides a way for housebuilders and developers to increase the available and saleable living space within a house, by creating an uninterrupted roof space that is suitable for occupation.
